(Wam) / 13 June 2012

Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Presidential Affairs, attended the launch of the first environment-friendly mobile Hilal Bank ‘Aqrab’ on Tuesday.

This unique advanced concept of 100 per cent electric empowered bus mobile, is the first fleet of banking buses expected to be deployed by Hilal Bank in various parts of the capital to provide fast personal banking services in a way that reflects the initiative launched by Hilal Bank ‘Aqrab’, which in English means the ‘closest’. The initiative will be fully activated on Wednesday with buses deployed around Abu Dhabi to provide high-level banking services to the bank’s clients.
